This is what Claymores are for although I normally "Snipe" with an M-60E red-shot sight and RPGs so getting ambushed isn't a major issue.

I feel for the artist here. I'm actually a fairly decent to above-average (I'd like to think, anyway) FPS player, but I also tend to "freak out" a bit when in a direct conflict which can worsen my aim.

God, I know just how this guy feels. I'm a pretty good sniper, but my K/D ratio is just terrible... Mostly because I lose all close combat situations, usually to those people who act retarded, jumping and knifing the air as I try to shoot them with a rifle. That is not skill, that is being a jackass.
