Unfolded, 胸大すぎ (My chest is too big). Folded, 大すき (with the diacritic on ぎ hidden in her armpit), which makes it "I like you a lot".

The full phrase literally says "I'm too busty" while the creased one says "daisuki," meaning more or less "I like you".

At least with the shirt folded, it's true.
