It's just speculation really, since Vanripper has never said anything about it.

That being said, the fact she uses, "Wish you've could have seen it" may be a hint. Also, Judgement was noted to be too kind for the job until she started haming it up to cope. Could mean that due to someone getting an unexpected debilitating injury they had to force someone ill-suited personality-wise into the job.

But there's no hard evidence, no word of god(as far as I can tell), just speculation and arm-chair theorizing.
