It is Imoko, she also drew the login screen for the "Banquet Sonata" anniversary login screen as well, and FAMAS is missing from the tags here, shes resting in the hammock in the back. This is the current login screen on the CN servers which has the 4th Children's Day procurement pool; "Childhood Fantasies" live, and Hornets Nest+ which is going to last a week.
