What puzzles me: This is a triple mount. I thought, that the guns were Mutsu's. But she got twin mounts. WHOSE GUNS ARE THIS?

Missed that one. The original Mutsu had only twins like Nagato. But then it's confirmed: It's Mutsu's B-turret, because it didn't explode.
