Nicovideo requires you to register for an account with them and log in before you can access any of their videos.
Their site doesn't support multiple languages, so unless you speak Japanese, you're pretty much out of luck.

Or you could just hit Youtube "Touhou + GTA" in the search box brings up dozens of hits.

I think Grand Theft Touhou is better because the words Auto and Touhou are very similar in pronunciation and syllables, but whatever.
