-I can't tell if that's a talisman or something else behind Marisa's broom.

The thing behind Akyuu's right arm is tsukimi_dango, the three round white dango cakes stacked up in a little tower for moon-viewings, and the two little decorative ribbons attached to the top of Marisa's broom are kanzashi, although they're typically hair-ornaments. I can't tell if that's a talisman behind her broom.

I think it's a similar-looking kagami_mochi because it can never be that easy.
