Pokemon Redesign #449-450 - Hippopotas, Hippowdon

Thought I’d try experimenting with the “gender differences” concept. I felt like the changes between male and female Hippowdons was enough to spark my interest. I won’t be going back and doing every earlier Pokemon with a gender difference, since a lot of them are pretty mundane. 

There are interesting gender differences in Generation 5 and 6 that play with the Pokemon’s dynamics, so I’ll do those accordingly when the time comes.
