Probably lorn Tenma. He is quite big compare to Aya, might look small because of perspective, but I bet my money on that this tengu is Tenma.

As much as I hate to be That Gal, my dudes, this isn't tagged Lord Tenma on the pic, and he has a red hat like Aya, indicating he's in the same caste as her. This is just some Random Tengu Dude.

It sucks, I know, cuz Aya deserves better than this, but randos aren't exactly uncommon in Touhou Porn.
