Is there no tag for "rain boots" or what?

don't the tag #rain used together with tag #boots does the same thing?

I put galoshes, but I don't think it will be used very much.
I put it when I uploaded the My Neighbor Totoro, 4 months ago.

There is a rubber_boots tag.
