They're made of hard plastic with edges and corners that never dull. Basically, they can become caltrops.

Deeper wounds can often hurt less than shallow ones, because most pain receptors are close to the surface of your body.

Doesn't matter the size of the brick, they ALL hurt, especially since your feet have a fair feel pressure-sensitive nerves down there. However, the smaller bricks,hurt even more than the large ones because Caltrops.

You're comparing a fine point to a flat corse bumpy surface. it's like comparing a poke to a punch.

I stepped on a LEGO piece before, and I kid you not; I can still feel those sharp edges to this day.
