This is one of the many pictures of Norris in honour of his seiyuu Osamu Ichikawa who passed away last week. I'm sure there are many other pictures of his other roles which have sprung up as of late.

So "eeeeee" is the illustrator of this pic? I think not (eeeeee only draws MOEs, not GARs ^^; LOL)

Either eeeee liked Ichikawa or Norris or both but this is his drawing. His Pixiv page is proof enough. In any case it is a great drawing.
