Added tags for flags. I'm unsure about the green flag with white in the middle. Although since it's between Bavaria and Prussia, i assume it's supposed to be the Saxon flag, or some weird amalgamation of all the Saxon flags so i added that tag. If you know what flag it is please correct the tag.
