I'd say you need to do way, way worse than sic an angry lion on Mephisto to be considered a baddie. And while Faust may act like a reasonable person - at least compared to Mephisto, which isn't all that difficult - let's not forget that he seems to willingly participate in acts of terrorism and mass murder. He didn't seem to be particularly trying to stop what they were doing at Chernobyl or in Lungmen, after all.

Agreed with Mephisto but well, Faust actually does die in chapter 6 so RIP
