    Man, this is some sloppy handwriting, I can't divine what are the kanjis in the sentence the girl is speaking on the first panel.

    Also, I guess "Aniki" can be used regardless of gender, is that right?
    Then, should it be translated or is it alright to leave as "Aniki"?

    No, the Aniki is genderbent into a girl. It should be alright to leave it though.
