I love the Otters' pragmatic responses to things in the mansion - rat bottles, testing, and making sure there's always some of them in a safe place to clone more. But at the same time, they're willing to throw as many of themselves as it takes at something like this - for revenge? Or just because they don't like the Anomalous Otter that much?
Notes as follows:
"-A!Otter was thorough in turning all of Mask into flowers, so it took a while. -They have another 10 or so Otters waiting in a separate room. -They pulled the welding on the clone room doors off for this. -There's probably enough Otters now for Team Otter Bastards A-F. -It's a spinoff. Don't worry about it.
That's about what I have in mind..."
"A!Otter turned the corpse into flowers so they couldn't retrieve it. ↓ The Otters realized that, when they fled, the A!Otter would be focused on its work for a while. ↓ "Let's multiply while that bastard's busy!" ↓ Multiplied to a number that could conceivably take A!Otter down. ↓ Exterminate! Exterminate!"
"The cloning room can create healthy bodies even from ashes, so A!Otter decided to completely destroy the body (no passing on of memories or experiences to new clones)."
I know it's a rather serious moment, but I can't help imagining how difficult it must be to stuff themselves in the elevator and the ANNIHILATE chanting that follows as they move to the right floor.
I wonder A!Otter has a backup? Or she can use the portable elevator in her back to escape Or even transform into a new form Anyway, I doubt this is enough to game over her
Note that these aren't perfect clones. There are subtle- and in some cases, major- differences between them (IE, the much smaller otter on its knees in the front).
Also, love how fearless these scrappy otters are in the face of danger. Anomaly killing us? Let's go HYDRA on that motherfucker!

The crouching otter doesn't look that much smaller than the rest to me, her head certainly seems to be the same size at least, while her small appearance could just be her stance. I can't really find any real differences between the rest, either. Just their faces, but that could just be varied expressions.
Y'know, what with the whole cloning thing that team Giant Otter does... how much you want to bet that A!Otter thinks that it is the normal one, and that all the other Otters are monsters/corrupted/etc that it has to destroy for whatever personal reason?

Yeah, I am pretty sure that A!Otter is going to be revealed to be the original one.
I love how Anomaly Giant Otter actually shows some semblance of humanity as she gets bright eyed and laughs like her former Otter companions, meaning that there's still some bits of here that is Giant Otter inside.
Annihilate!Annihilate!Annihilate!Annihilate!Annihilate!
Senmetsu; exterminate, annihilate - exterminate feels too Dalek-y and annihilate feels a bit too fancy for the otters, but "destroy" feels too simple
