This is a piece of promotional art for The Path to Power (Doragon Bōru Saikyō e no Michi), the seventeenth animated feature film of the Dragon Ball franchise (also a personal favorite of mine). Yet another re-telling, it was produced to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the original anime.
