With many characters depicted here, I think it's better to be annotated so other users (especially who aren't familiar with Hololive) could know which one is who.
I'm really having trouble with the Meme Dragon's fireball, It looks difficult to recreate it.. 西成? Or maybe 西戍? I can't make sense of either.
A quick search engine check turns up Nishinari, a section of Osaka. Being utterly unfamiliar with most V-Tubers, I can only guess that Kiryuu-san has some association with the area.
