I'm still trying to pry out of my memory the whole picture of said universe, because a lot of elements are resonating as "So familiar, that I've might seen/imagined by reading it before a lot". My best bet is SCPverse (over thousand read articles sure did left quite a mess in my head) but can't pinpoint exactly which canon or I'm even not sure if it actually was SCP, however it is the only creepypasta stuff I've ever been diggin' in. Might as well artist is just inspired by that verse, as after few re-reading I've started to remember more and more objects. For example cafeteria reminded me of coffin that, while looking normaly by naked eye, caused disturbing visuals if seen through camera. Or that geared up human in elevator like that man who unwillingly phasing away into another dimmensions. Well, if artist draw more - I'll get more pieces of this 'verse.
On panel 3, the guy has lost his parachute pack, on 4, the pack opens on its own, yet on 5, the guy has the 'chute. Is this an error or just more in-universe weirdness?

On panel 3 you can see he still wearing a backpack and a waist pack. So either that's just a regular backpack that he wear over his parachute backpack, or he uses the backup 'chute which is his waist pack.

If this was the Foundation universe, by now this place would either be locked down tighter than a bolt, or the GOC would have burned it to the fucking ground.
