I was honestly extremely surprised to have found this here. El Viento was a great, though obscure game, so I was quite pleased to find even one piece of artwork regarding it.

I was always sad that I could never play Annet Again, which I saw screenshots of in a magazine back in the day.

Annet Futatabi? I always called it "Annet Returns" myself. It apparently wasn't very fun to play at all, despite what you'd think. Though outside of gameplay it looked very good with its cutscenes and all, the gameplay itself was rough, unpolished, and had all manner of problems from what I've seen. I found it kinda sad considering I always wanted to see how Sigfried's KEIKAKU DOORI from El Viento turned out, but the end result was mediocre.

It would have made a lot more sense for Telenet to sell those porno dudes this instead of Valis. I mean come on, Lovecraft monsters = tentacles.
