Well, if it counts as "context", Kanemitsu (full alias "Dankanemitsu") responded to that tweet with what appears to be the Japanese equivalent of "Oof!"

I directly asked Kanemitsu, and turns out that we've been misinterpreting the intended meaning of Himura's response; it's actually supposed to be "This is going to bug Kanemitsu-san", as in Himura thinks it would be hard for Kanemitsu to smoothly translate this post to English.
