It's been a while since this was posted, but I searched it nonetheless. The scene is very similar to many results, but I think there is no single "Suicide of Lucretia" depiction. Curiously, seems like Yuyuko's suicide/self-sacrifice is depicted as either hanging herself, or slicing her neck: saigyouji_yuyuko suicide, with few exceptions.
