Ganaha Hibiki is cosplaying Hibiki (kantai collection), not Akatsuki (kantai collection). Telltale sign is the "III" on her cap, which only Hibiki has.

This is not the first time the artist had her in her namesake's costume.

Yeah there were way too many tags at once to do lol, so my brain just automatically shifted to Akatsuki based on the clothes and long black hair when I did the KC ones.
