to be fair, thats also one of the most common troopes for the Harem "quiet girl". They always be wearing baggy clothes and stuff. Then you get the make over episode and turns out there was a super model hiding underneath those baggy eyes and messy hair.

That does change with her Mod 3 though. Monotone and ice cold, with the same smoking hot body.
