I'm not 100% on the model of Rolls Royce it is, but I'm fairly certain it's Silver Ghost, as an allusion to Enterprise's nickname, Grey Ghost. It also highly resembles it. I forget what episode of Azur Lane it was featured on or I'd cross-reference it since this scene is modeled after the one in the anime.
