Sakurai has nothing but contempt for CERO's neurotic obsession with pantyshots and any and all forms of sexuality, but near total indifference to guns and violence.
If he could, every character would be as accurate as he could possibly get them, as round and bouncy as they were always intended to be. The man takes his game deathly serious.
