I don't know why the noter believed カタヤイネン referred to Helma Lennartz but I think it is supposed to be just Katajainen (not katayainene) from Nikka Edvardine Katajainen.

If I'm not mistaken there's a typo here. Elma is not in this picture, and where Elma is listed, is Helma Lennartz. Could be because of the one letter difference in the name.

Also the man listed as "Tsuchida?" is from the very first manga of Strike Witches; Strike Witches: Maidens of the Blue Skies (ストライクウィッチーズ 蒼空の乙女たち, Strike Witches Sōkū no Otome-tachi?).
