So why doesn't Risa have a voice? She was top 10 in the last election right? Isn't that how they choose who gets voiced?
Top three idols in each category (Cute, Cool, Passion) or idols placed in the top 5 overall are given voices if not already voiced. Risa was a very strong contender for a Passion slot, but Riamu's introduction and the impromptu campaign for Natalia sort of killed her chances. I'm fairly certain that she'll make the cut next year since a lot of voters are more interested in getting idols voiced than picking only their favorites.
Great news to all Risa fans! She recently was announced to finally be getting her voice with a new seiyuu!
