He might actually have to work at this one: since this part of the battle is not in the Underworld, Tiamat there can't be harmed or killed by anything that has any connection to humanity, even if you could atomize worlds. If you can't have that aspect of her nature stripped or suppressed, Tiamat's status as Beast II makes her a damn near genuinely unwinnable battle for things related to humans.

Not to say that he couldn't eke out a win, though: Kamen Riders tend to reach incredible levels of power, and stalling for time until others can drop Tiamat into the Underworld and then taking the fight there to finish the job in an epic battle is certainly in the cards if he fights smart and avoids the Chaos Tide.

its more fun to accept expanded lore. one example is kamen rider spirits giving zx all kinds of powers he didn't use in his debut.
