WOW Sister Princess, now that is a title I haven't heard in a quite while! Sister Princess was one of my first Animes that I have ever watched
And the fact that someone cared enough to know that it has been 20 years... I actually want a modern remake of SisPri. It is unfortunate that the most recent "adaptation" is a cameo in the badly animated My Sister, My Writer. I guess I will rewatch my blu ray copy again.
They create a channel for 20th anniversary 3 week ago. VTuber Karen live stream on monday. Release all episodes of Sister Princess and Sister Princess Re Pure(I think only in japan, It's not available in my Country ). https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCjn4Tr-nppf18fIFNyv0Qzg

They made a spiritual successor with Baby Princess but that died out long ago and doesn't seem to have the long lasting fandom love after it's end that SisPri has.
BabPri managed to get one OVA animated but that was souless fanservice relying almost entirely T&A (with a little bit of loli) to push interest and sales.
The manga version while short with just three books looked much more interesting. Instead of the blank slate in the OVA the brother seemed to have much more of a personality. Also the sisters had their own relationships that didn't always involve him.
I only ever saw parts of it raw but there some parts I was quite insterested in. One was story arc about the relationship of Tsurara and Watayuki and another a cute little chapter of Fubuki trying to babysit Sora.

Yeah I remember that. The ecchi and the mom being there surprised me. Also, imo, 19 daughters from the same mother was bit too much. I like the idea in SisPri that the sisters are from different mothers.
I did check the manga you mentioned and to my surprise, there was a new translated chapter fairly recently. However, the translation team seems to be erratic so who knows when it will get updated again.

I've seen a few places say they were from the same mother but I don't know if it was said officially. Given how differently they look from each other I prefer to think they were from different mothers like with SisPri. Maybe the mother adopted them or is some kind of guardian some how.
I feel Tsurara and Watayuki are biological sisters, similar hair and eye color and the little arc in the manga with Tsurara being very protective of Watayuki.
