Their translations are mostly correct, although they took some liberties with some of the phrases to make the translation smoother to read, but kept the context intact.

which is presumed to be 눈깔사탕 두알로 만들어 버린다? which means (or else) I'll turn you into two hard round candy! (Eyeballs came from 눈깔, 눈깔사탕 means big hard round candy and sometimes called 눈깔사탕 because of its shape and size) With that being said though, it'd be absurd to make the whole of Architect two hard round candy unless it's huge, so one could interpret it as "I will make candies out of your eyeballs!"
3제대보단 월급이 많다 also means "Has a higher salary than the 3rd Echelon"
