Oh. I actually finally figured out this line that felt weird to me. And yes, I swear, Japanese is weird enough that the same sentence can reasonably be read as either "Doesn't this actually harm you worse than me!?" or "Isn't interfering actually causing worse damage here!?" but the latter is more likely what's meant here.
