Are you referring to the person who posted this? Artists don't post their own work here (or they're not supposed to). If you're looking for the source of this comic, you can tag it "source_request".
Goof on my part. The artist tag is there, with home page and Pixiv links. Go forth. I could swear it wasn't there earlier, but the tag history says it was.
