Well Tifa's breast are exaggerated in this drawing (and in the original FF7 but only inside the game), but Tifa in Crisis Core, Advent Children, Kingdom Hearts, Dissidia, Dissidia NT and the Remake is better proportioned

To be honest, I'm not buying remake for that reason.

Her hair was also down past her knees in-game, while in art work, it was to her waist. I'll tell you what; I don't spend hours of my life looking at "official" artwork. I'm looking at the character models.
