Which apparently translates to:

Touhou Drunken Butterfly Flower ~ Lotus Eaters’ Sobering (or something like that)

A Suika-centric official comic? Ought to be interesting. Wonder if it will build on Wild and Horned Hermit.

Lotus eaters' sobering? That's one foreboding title.

So Clarste's translation is going with Sobering, is it?

I never thought how strange it is to not have the English title until now.

To be clear, this is not... "nicely" translatable into English. Your clunky literal title is "The Lotus-Eaters' Drinking, Stopping Drinking, And Recovering", which is indeed an absolutely stupid amount of meaning for two kanji, but there you go.

I would go with The Lotus Eaters' Drink and Rest myself. Sobering implies the drinking part, but in Japanese the Drinking part is explicit.

Officially, Yuugi is still in the Former Hell, and she won't be leaving until something is done about the promise to keep the Oni from the surface. Fans use her every which way for whatever they want without acknowledging that, so it'd be nice for some development to actually happen in regards.
