There have been ongoing comics in this set while the adult desdiv6 thing has been going on. I doubt this is any more directly connected to that pool than the others have been.

It is, of course, extremely likely that that pool is a manga Akigumo is working on, but that bears no relation to this particular comic.

I know we have a tag for this kind of flat pattern on clothing but I can't remember how it goes.

It's hard to say with only the breast up, but it looks like some tasty retro dress or dress set with puff'd sleeves and a vest plus a lace collar, or a dress with a puff'd sleeves blouse under plus a lace collar.

If it's a short frilled skirt, she's basically a touhou with what I call a "fairytale dress set" that young girls in stories often wear. Touhou's splicing of modern attire with fairytale fashion is what makes for some of the easily recognizable outfits that are signature to the series, so double if its a vest.

If it's a long frilled skirt, it's a Victorian-esque new gothic... or touhou.

Honestly, she could be either doing either one and I wouldn't be surprised.

It reminds me of some early 50s/60s dresses, and it works with her. She's cute and curvy enough to make most outfits work.

That collar looks like it came off of a jester outfit. In fact... it looks like it actually has bells on it. It IS from a jester outfit!
