The author said in a twitter reply that it is Tifa. Gonna have to read up on the whole "tag what you see, not what you know" rule before I do any tagging though. wiki #42126 says that all identifiable characters should be tagged, so I'll refrain from tagging her since I can't tell who it is from appearance alone.

The lighting makes them look too white but that´s definitely Tifa
