If Robin's penis is actually penetrating Nami's vagina as depicted in the inset, that's a hell of a bend it makes from the angle in the larger part of the image.

Also, the cutaway view leaves me curious about the full anatomy of Nami's masculine genital structures. It looks like the urethra actually branches into both the vulva and penis; peeing must be obnoxious — most of it probably comes out through the vulva, and those testicles probably get in the way. I don't see a prostate or a seminal vesicle, so I'm not sure if she produces semen. If they were just below the bladder (as normal in men), then her semen would probably also mostly come out through the vulval urethral opening... And with all that semen right at the opening of her vagina, I have to wonder if every ejaculation leads to the possibility that she'll impregnate herself..........
