It is actually quite popular in LE circles. I've seen it kicking around in possession of various departments. I really don't see much benefit over an SBR AR-15 since the guys who have it are rapid response like SWAT and the P90 really is best for concealment, but maybe FN has been offering good deals and armoring services or something like H&K used to do with the MP5.

I got my P90 hoxy like 10min after posting my first comment, so I guess this picture works as a summoning charm.

P90's rate is roughly 0.11%. While on rate up. True core mask is your best bet.

That was the rate on older servers though.

I'm pretty sure it was better for EN this rate up. I got everyone but Px4 in ~40 contracts and Px4 after another 80.

There was a high level of hoxy during first few hours of P90 rate up in Reddit, the Megathread was full of people getting P90 (and PX4) on their first tries

Wasn't a coincidence, first craft (with the suggested recipes?) would have a high or 100% chance of a rate-up gun you didn't have.

I'm just gonna quote what i've said on P90's page. long story short, its not really a coincidence, if its an intended change.

So it appears that the "bug" that was present during the recent construction batch on CN (Included ADS, Type 4 and P30) where an alarming amount of players where getting their desired T-doll on their first rolls, is possibly the new implemented Rate Up changes... aren't y'all glad you're aren't suffering to obtain the T-dolls you're after? thats a goddamn shame...

Supposedly, rate ups dont double the T-dolls individual drop rates, nein... they straight up raise them to a huge amount, "Very High Chance" makes me think the chances of crafting a targeted T-doll during rate ups on your first pulls is raised to 50 ~ 90%, this effect remains UNTIL YOU GET A NEW T-DOLL. After that, it'll apply the normal rate up effects of doubling the T-dolls individual drop rates.
