I'm not quite sure what this is, but it looks pretty cool to me.
On pixiv it is tagged 消しゴムはんこ, translated as "eraser stamp". Does that mean the artist carved the stamp out of an eraser? I don't understand why blocks of eraser material come that large, or if he somehow melted several together.

I think 消しゴム is just a general name for that kind of rubber.
