Beyond that, there's a line specifically in the flagging help wiki about how it's fine to flag really old stuff, just that it's unlikely for anyone to really perform a large-scale clean up effort because of the perceived cost-benefit ratio.

I apologize for the outburst, but seriously, this is twelve years old, someone is just fishing about looking for things to flag.
We have no grandfather clause anymore. And screencaps are always a bit fishy, especially older ones. As for this one: The colors look really washed out.
