It's not an OVA - these are caps from the game. This is from the 鮮血の結末 (Conclusion of Blood) ending, though there seems to have been a chunk of the second picture taken out (as there's a big white space there.)

You guys sure this is cut from the anime? I'm getting confused telling the difference, later.
