    Idea: they just came out of the forest, so they've never seen Artifact armor before and thus don't know how to wear it
    Alternate idea: they arrange it in their own way and wear it stylishly

    They already know and have stated hats/helms for Viera/hrothgar will be an ongoing process but will not have the same amount of hair/hats as the other races so sod it, I'll stick to FemHighlander.
