That revolver's barrel is thicker than Yuudachi's arm...

I have no idea what Yuudachi is doing. Is that a bullet she's forcing to the back of the gun?

It appears that the revolver has a fixed cylinder, so it's loaded in a similar way to a Colt Single Action Army

On closer look, it's a swing-out cylinder like most revolvers. Looks like Yuudachi is left-handed, and is probably reloading the gun.

It's most likely a large-caliber revolver (at least .50).

It looks like a Taurus Judge to me, meaning .454 Casull bulle...shells.

I think it looks a little closer to the S&W Model 500. It's got that little black part in front of the top of the sight.

The Model 500 with the black rubber grip is iconic of handguns.

The box looks like it says 500, so probably 500 S&W Mag. Poi has an awkward as hell reload for a revolver. She needs to look up Massad Ayoob's stress reload for revolvers.
