Dunno. But everything else related to wily beast and weakest creature wasn't approved. If you look at the first page of us uploads most of the spots are blank. That's because of uploads deleted.
It's a crazy idea, but maybe... just maybe, the very few people that care about Touhou and are caring even less every year, stopped looking at this kind of stuff more often. It's the same UFO game from 10 years ago anyway. At some point people lost interest for something new or at least more different.
