It strikes me that 「パワ」 ("power") and 「ハク」 ("haku") are awfully similar visually. Could it be that Miku can't read properly? Or is this a deliberate, ironic and/or malicious pun? Will the shirt confer much-needed song-fu upon the hapless Haku? Or am I just imagining too much?
