I am just hoping her skills and tiles are strong. Worst case scenario, she turns into a mini bamboo. Best case scenario, she's strong enough to rival Python.

I've dug around the EN text files ages ago when EN was released, and i did see skilldata information which originally made me think the skill was gonna belong to Deagle... and considering she's just been showcased today, i'm hoping the skill is for her...
Nope, you're not getting information that easily.
I can imagine 40% DMG, 20% Crit Rate for her tile buffs, her stats might make her one of the highest base DMG HG's in the game topping Contender and Thunder, which would make sense from the gun's perspective. But other then that, i'm just gonna wait till maint hits on August 8th (this'll be for the MOD3 batch, not including Nines and HK416, those two will most likely be added when Shattered Connexion begins.) and see if i find anything. I gotta make sure things are up to date on their pages.
Alright, time to spill some knowledge on this design because nobody on this subreddit will understand it otherwise:
First of all, toss away all concepts of "Deagle" away in your mind. This is not "Deagle". This is "Desert Eagle". This is not the meme-blasting, one-tapping, headshot machine we know from Western FPS games. Anmi designed this doll with none of that in mind. Instead, look at her eyes, her hair, her jacket, and then check out her shoes. Yeah, that's right, her character is based off an honest-to-God bald eagle. By my guess, she's based off a 2-year old bald eagle, where the white downy feathers on the belly start to come off and the black feathers underneath start to show. Her eyes are yellow like eagle eyes, her hair is white like the distinctive white bald eagle head, her jet-black jacket matches the color of the wings and back feathers. Her frilly dress is the molting white feathers, ragged and starting to come off to reveal the darker feathers (the two black flaps, and her skirt) underneath. The frilly dress also has a white tail end that goes behind her back and legs, like the eagle's tail feathers. Finally, the shoes; The inside layer of the boots is folded out and colored yellow like the scaly skin of the eagle's feet, and the outside is black like their talons.
tl;dr Look closer she's an actual fucking bald eagle.
