For the love of me, I can't 100% identify whose anchor that is supposed to be. I can only assume it's Bismarck's although it has slightly different shape (the display one has welded stock) compared to the one she wears in the original CG.
Edit:...Now that I look at it, that's possible that the stock is meant to lock the anchor in place with the metal collar. Prinz's the one whose collar has small gap in front of it for this purpose (Bismarck's doesn't have it in all forms). I can't really see Graf's since hers is covered by ribbon. Makes sense in commentary's context too when it's either of the two.
