Personally, I think it's the hair, though this one isn't too much. I love how they incorporated Cleveland's design into her outfit while still making it somewhat unique.

The Cleveland-class have some of my favorite designs in the game. Something about the mix of red, white and blue combined with the overall slick lookin' clothes.
