Well incense is self-explanatory and I've heard the word estrus used in relation to tentacle sex before so I'm going to hazard a guess that it's some manner of aphrodisiac.
It is indeed simply aphrodisiac. In this context, "incense" means "powdered drug". The whole word means "powdered drug that puts one in heat/mating cycle". The term used in the picture is not the usual word for aphrodisiac and sounds archaic, aka pre-modern medicine, so I decided to use a more exotic wording.
